Friendly classes which combine alignment in physical postures with a strong emphasis on breath awareness to bring mindfulness to every movement. Each class revolves around a central theme, for example, inspired by the time of year, focussing on particular postures or perhaps a certain part of the body. No previous experience of yoga is required, classes will allow you to develop your practice at your own pace.

This small group class is suitable for both complete/near beginners and those looking to return to yoga after a break, this class will develop confidence in your body and your practice in a friendly and supportive environment.
Drop ins may be available on a week to week basis if space / £12.
