Find a new Sunday evening feeling. We’ll be in no hurry, allowing the body, mind and spirit the time and space to find stillness and softness through mindful movement. Escape for 2 hours of peaceful sanctuary to slow down, get cosy and nurture yourself with a gentle, grounding practice, pranayama and deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
